What makes your products organic?

Our products are certified organic through CCOF, California Certified Organic Farmers, meaning they are grown without synthetic pesticides, herbicides, or fertilizers. We work with trusted farmers who follow strict organic farming practices to ensure the highest quality and purity in every product.

How long does the butter keep?

Butters that are shipped out directly for orders are as fresh as can be! The shelf life on the almond butter itself is around 2 year.

Do your nut butters separate?

Unaltered all natural nut-butters will separate. The oil will begin to collect on the top of the jars after a couple of months. One super easy way to work with this natural separation is to pour the contents of your jars into a small mixing bowl, and use a hand-mixer to redistribute the oil throughout the butter. Then using a spatula, you can return the product to its jar and it is as good as new!

how fast do the products ship

Orders typically ship in 5-7 business days. We produce our products weekly in small batches. All orders ship first-in/first-out.

What is tamari and why is it used?

Tamari is a gluten-free soy sauce with a rich, savory flavor. It adds a subtle umami depth to roasted nuts without overpowering them.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes! There are built in discounts on our bulk raw, roasted and salted products. We also auto discount nut butters starting at the purchase of 6 jars or more!

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $100 shipped within the United States. Any order under $100 will ship normally.

International orders do not qualify for Free Shipping.

Do Nut butter's have to be refrigerated after opening?

No, all of our nut butters are shelf stable.

Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges

  • Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
  • Items returned with broken seals will not be accepted.

Wrong item shipped

  • If we shipped the wrong item, we will exchange it at no cost provided the product remains unopened.

Customer error

  • If you ordered the wrong item, we can exchange it only if the product is unopened. Return shipping costs in this case are the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged on arrival

  • If a product arrives damaged, email photo evidence to alisonsorganic@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos of the damaged product and, if possible, the original box with the shipping label visible.
  • We cannot process refunds or replacements for broken jars without photographic proof.
