Chunky Almond Butter (with trace amounts of hazelnut)

This batch of chunky almond butter made with trace amounts of hazelnut butter. Such a small amount that you cannot taste the hazelnut butter flavor. It’s taste is no different than the chunky almond butter I make. But if you have a severe allergy to hazelnuts, you may want to avoid this item.

I do use shared equipment when making nut butters, and the cleaning process in between batches is rigorous! However, with this particular batch - I identified an error late in the process and a possible contamination of hazelnuts occurred.
